This website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) using the “Cloudflare Pages” service. When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type) in order to deliver the website securely and reliably and to prevent attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you contact us through the form, we process the information you provide — name, email address, approximate desired date, selected services, your chosen language and your message — solely in order to handle and respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
The form email is delivered via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) acting as a processor. The form contents are transmitted to Resend and forwarded to us by email. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
To protect the contact form against automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Without a classic captcha, Turnstile checks whether the input comes from a human. Technical information (including IP address, browser and device information, time of interaction) is transmitted to and evaluated by Cloudflare. This website uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to manage website tags. Tag Manager itself does not store personal data but may trigger additional services. Where consent-based services are loaded, this only happens after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
The fonts used on this website (Archivo, Newsreader) are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other Google server is established; in particular, your IP address is not transmitted to Google.
